Tyler Verdin

Tyler Verdin is the CEO and Creative Director of Verdin Property. Born in the UK, Tyler moved to Spain at the age of 19 and quickly entered the real estate industry. Over time, he transitioned from sales into marketing, taking full control of the company’s branding and strategic positioning.

From designing and building the Verdin Property website from the ground up, to launching Verdin Sotogrande, producing the Verdin Property magazine, and overseeing all digital and print marketing, Tyler is the creative force behind the company’s international recognition — including a double win at the International Property Awards 2023–24.
